The room and breakfast were very good. We paid for the room for our daughter and son-in-law for their stay in Florida. The rest of our family were able to stay with us. We were picking them up at the airport at 10:30 PM. We stopped by to pick up their key so they could get to their room when we picked them up at the airport but were told we could not get their key even though we paid for the room. I guess I understand the security concern but all that had to be done was look up our credit card to see we paid.

The overall cleanliness of the property, the size of the room, very friendly and helpful staff and the fact they did not charge us the ridiculous security deposit that most places charge. We are frequent visitors to the Ft Myers area and on this trip we found our new go to place!

Everything was clean and the service was great. Had a very late flight and the hotel manager called to ask what she could expect us. I was nice that she called.

I liked the location as it was easy to get to and a good distance from where i attended a convention! I also liked the comfort and cleanliness of my room !!

The front desk staff when we checked in was very friendly and was receptive to our need. This help to make our stay a very good one. our accommodation needs were met. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again in my travels.

The room was spacious. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel but we heard from others that it was great.

Breakfast was real good. The gentleman who checked us in was exceptional! He was handling 3 different customers simultaneously and handled each of us with the utmost care. Especially with the other two who had extra needs and at 8 PM. He deserves a raise!
